Make Way for Cheap Labor

Friday, December 8th, 2006

Welcome to “For the People” with your host Chuck Harder. Chuck’s guest is Patrick Wood, Chairman of August Review.

Chuck and Mr. Wood talk about what the effects of the North American Union and North American Corridor will have on America.

Trilaterals Over Washington Volume I
Trilaterals Over Washington Volume II

Patrick M. Wood founded The August Corporation on October 11, 1975. As a registered investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company initially offered portfolio management services to investors in the United States.

In 1978, Wood commenced publication of The Trilateral Observer (TO), to specifically track and document the activities of The Trilateral Commission, which was then seen to be the very core of elitism and multi-nationalism in the United States and abroad. TO was co-edited by Professor Antony Sutton, formerly a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution for War, Peace and Revolution at Stanford University.

The August Review provides a single, comprehensive and scholarly source of information on Globalism, sometimes referred to as Elitism, Internationalism, World Federalism, One World Order or the New World Order.

They make it simple for you to understand by giving you the big picture, connecting the dots between global elitists and their corporations, foundations and policy groups who are acting in concert to bring about this New World Order.

Truth is only defensible when you have the documented facts on an issue. Opinions you hold may be accurate, but without precise facts at your fingertips, you cannot intellectually defend your position.

August Review Credo: “Follow the Money, Follow the Power” This principle has been true throughout history, but is too easily forgotten.

Globalization- A Chuck Harder Podcast

Thursday, November 16th, 2006

Welcome to “For the People” with your host Chuck Harder. Chuck’s guest is Patrick Wood, Chairman of August Review.

They discus globalization and how it endangers the American way of life.

What to you think?

What is Globalization? It is the collective effect of purposeful and amoral manipulation that seeks to centralize economic, political, technological and societal forces in order to accrue maximum profit and political power to global banks, global corporations and the elitists who run them.

“Free Trade” is the central mantra. Globalization is set against national sovereignty, closed borders, trade tarrifs and anything that would restrict its goals and methods used to achieve them.

Globalization promotes regional and global government, a one-world economic system of trade and a form of fascism where global corporations and their elite control the policies and directives of individual governments. The original and primary perpetrators of modern-day globalization number only in the 100’s, representative of which, but not exclusively, are members of The Trilateral Commission.

Aglow

Friday, September 8th, 2006

Imagine you are in a space shuttle or perhaps on the international space station. You look down at this orb called earth that is in the shadow of night but it is aglow with lights everywhere.  There are no dark corners or masses of land-the world is totally plugged in.  This is the vision of Peter Meisen, founder of Global Energy Network Institute (GENI.org).  Meisen is the guest of Chuck Harder on this show of “For the People”.  His vision is based on a question posed by Buckminster Fuller 30 years ago: “How do we make the world work for 100% of humanity in the shortest possible time through spontaneous cooperation without ecological damage or disadvantage to anyone?”  Meisen’s goal is to have a world wide web of electricity and in this hour program he and Chuck discuss how that can be accomplished and what the obstacle might be.  Click here to listen in.

One Meat Ball, Please

Friday, September 1st, 2006

Last week I made some spaghetti sauce- yep, I still make it from scratch.  Some of the ingredients I put in were oregano, garlic and onion.  The guest of Chuck Harder on today’s “For the People” show would have approved.  The guest was Stuart Tunc, who is, he says, the chief science liaison at North American Herb & Spice (P-73.com).  The founder of that company is Dr. Cass Ingram who has been a frequent guest on Chuck’s show.  According to Tunc, the four most potent herbs in fighting bacterial and viral nasties are oregano, allspice, onion and garlic. So my spaghetti sauce hit three out of four- not bad.  Really what the two men talk about is the control that pharmaceutical companies have on information regarding natural cures and what cures are possible.  Do I believe everything that Tunc suggests?  I’m not sure but I do know I love my spaghetti sauce.  Click here to listen to this podcast.

What It Takes to be Independent

Monday, August 28th, 2006

Can’t make up your mind about who you might vote for in the Presidential election in 2008? Not crazy about anybody that might be on the ballot from your own party and certainly not going to vote for anybody from the other party? The guest on Chuck Harder’s For the People show has a suggestion: Vote for him and his running mate. The guest is Webster Brooks, running as Vice President. Running with him, as President, is a man by the name of Daniel Imperato. They are running as Independents (ImperatoBrooks.com). One of the things that Brooks and Imperato as Independents have to do is get on each state’s ballot-not as easy as it sounds. Brooks also briefly talks about what else it takes. They are hoping to reach all the moderates- the ones that are not happy with the extremists in their own party. Click here to listen to what Brooks says about bucking the trend. No Magic Bullet

Monday, August 28th, 2006

When Chuck and his guest, Myron Ebell of Competitive Enterprises, Inc. (CEI.org) first start talking it’s rather up in the air as to what the topic of the day is going to be. But it doesn’t take long for things to settle and for them to come down to earth about the discussion of the day- energy issues. Chuck really likes ethanol and is hopeful that an ethanol production plant will be opening soon in his area but Ebell is not as gung-ho about ethanol. He feels that it is expensive to produce right now and that we do not have all the technology available to make it cost effective. What he does say is that there are lots of alternatives out there; bio-diesel, wind, electricity, natural gas, coal, hydrogen, and solar. All of these are going to take some time, however, and none of them, by themselves, are going to be the single magic bullet. His solution is to work on all these but to begin drilling off-shore in those areas that have been off limits before. This is not a plan to bring joy to the conservationists but Ebell says that we need to be taking care of business at home. Click here to listen.

French Ostrich

Monday, August 28th, 2006

Perhaps you have wondered how an Israeli views what is going on in the world and about his views on terrorism.? Here?s your chance to find out one such person thinks.? His name is Kfir Luzzatto, guest of Chuck Harder on his show, ?For the People?.? Luzzatto, originally from Italy, immigrated to Israel in the 1970?s.? Chuck asks him why he wants to live there- yes it?s a great place and the Israelis have made it basically an oasis in the dessert but still why?? Luzzatto responds with a statement that reverberates with most people of their country- ?it?s my home?.? Chuck wants to know what it is like living in such a place where there are bombs and terrorists all the time and Luzzatto explains that except for such times as the last month and a half, there are no bombs all the time.? He also says that it is not so much that the Israelis are used to bombs as that they are accustomed to them which actually may be an advantage in this war against terrorism.
Luzzatto seems to agree with Chuck?s plan that the only way to rid the world of terrorists is to strike out at their families in much the same way we did with the a-bomb on Japan.? ?I would give them no peace? he says, and would tell them that they should be looking behind themselves all the time. Luzatto also takes the stand that France, like some other countries, has a tendency to stick their collective heads in the sand and ignore the severity of terrorism. Luzatto has written two novels; the most recent is ?Odyssey Gene? which you may own by clicking here. To hear this podcast, click here.

What Coverage?

Friday, August 18th, 2006

Patrick Wood, Chairman of AugustReview.com invites the listeners in this hour of the For the People show with Chuck Harder to go to NASCOCorridor.com to see what the Super Highway will look like when it is finished.? It is, says Chuck, a scary thing and guest Wood agrees. What they are agreeing to is the belief that this Trans-Texas Highway will be a conduit to allowing more illegal immigrants into the country and the merging of Canada, the United States and Mexico into one country.? They believe that it is the outgrowth of NAFTA.? But what Chuck really wants to know is why no major news media is covering this. Wood believes he has the answer.? He says that many media people have been brain-washed into believing that NAFTA is a wonderful thing. Or if they question that or flat-out don?t believe it, then they are black-listed.? It?s a matter of ?shut-up or lose your job?.? Strong words.? Click here to listen and to find out the one group that Chuck and Wood say could get the word out.

Where Is the Outrage?

Friday, August 18th, 2006

There is, according to Chuck Harder on his ?For the People? show, a Muslim advocacy group that wants all media to stop using the words Muslim or Islamic in the same sentence with the word terrorists.? Chuck?s point of view is that that is what people are now thinking.? His guest, Jeff Johnson of CNSNews.com, agrees.? He goes on to ask that
if the Muslims are concerned with this linkage then why are they not rising up in outrage that a small faction of their faith, through their actions, have brought these suspicions upon the whole body.? Johnson says that if a small sect of, say Christians, did horrific things upon another group of people, that the larger body of Christians would be more than vocal in deploring their actions and denouncing them as not true Christians.? Johnson also expresses the thought that Americans would respond much faster if some other religious views were forced upon us than some other political views.? Hmmm.? Click here to listen to what else Johnson and host Chuck have to say.

On the Road Again

Friday, August 18th, 2006

Nathan Burchfiel (CNSnews.com) wants to talk about a recent poll that was undertaken by an organization called GrassFire.org.? Chuck Harder wants to talk about the Super Highway, the North America Super Corridor, the NAFTA Highway, the Trans-Texas Highway.? Take your choice; they are all the same thing.? So first they talk about the highway.? Actually, Chuck ?on this program of ?For the People?- does most of the talking to begin with since Nathan is not familiar with the Highway.? So Chuck invites him to check it out on his computer during the break and Burchfiel does.? Here?s one of the things he discovered:? the first Custom?s Check Stop is in Kansas!? Then the pair do discuss the poll that Burchfiel first mentioned and, no surprise- it actually does tie in with the issue of illegal immigration.? Seems the poll showed that 81% of those polled said they wanted the borders secured before any discussion about the 12-20 million illegal immigrants already within the US borders.? Tit for Tat

Most of us would not consider the most recent conflict between Hezbollah and Israel as a minor skirmish but that is how it actually started, according to Cathy Sultan, guest of Chuck Harder on his ?For the People? show.? Sultan is on the Board of Directors for the National Peace Foundation (NationalPeace.org).? She says that those types of skirmishes have been going on for 6 years but this time Hezbollah underestimated the consequences of their initial actions.? The National Peace Foundation is an organization that believes that peace can be created through education, conflict resolution and people-to-people exchanges.? Sultan?s views are based on having lived in the area for many years and having family in the area still.? She says that the conflict has often been an ?I?ll get you because you did that to me? sort of conflict.? She and Chuck discuss, not always agreeing, the situation there and she points out that it is imperative that we do not marginalize all Muslims because of a relatively small percentage.? At one point she accuses Chuck of making a sweeping statement about all Muslims.? When Chuck asks her what should and can be done to bring resolution to the area, she says that this Administration needs to shift gears and open up talks with Syria and Iran for how can there be any resolution if you can not even come to the discussion table.? She agrees that we need to marginalize the small percentage, the terrorists, but we also need to court the majority of Muslims if we ever hope to have peace.? Click here to listen to this podcast.?

Out of Alignment

Wednesday, August 16th, 2006

If you want to listen to an upbeat, happy show with Chuck Harder and his guest, Fred Gedrich, this is not the one to choose.? This is a sobering program.? Gedrich (WarFooting.com) and Chuck are talking about the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
Hezbollah, says Gedrich did not attack the Israeli army as much as it attacked the Israeli people going about their everyday business.? He believes that as part of the civilized world it is our responsibility to stand up for what is right and to not let Hezbollah get away with their tactics.? Does he, Chuck asks Gedrich, think that things will ever be worked out in that area?? Only if everything was perfectly aligned and even then it would take a long time.??Click here to listen as Gedrich explains why.

How Safe Is Your Computer?

Wednesday, August 16th, 2006

Just when you thought it was safe to use your computer, Jean Myers has some disturbing thoughts to share with you on this episode of Chuck Harder?s ?For the People?.? Myers (LivingMoreOnLess.com) calls herself a consumer advocate.? She has been on Chuck?s show before -you may remember her as the woman who moved to Kansas and heated her 2600 sq. foot home with a corn stove- but today what has her fired up is the stuff that is going on with AOL?s use of information that you have shared through your computer.? Throw into the mixture her feelings about the use of a fingerprint as an ID protection on your computer and you?ve got a show that has both Chuck and his guest heated up as much as her corn stove. Click here to listen to this podcast.??

A Russian/American Tale

Monday, August 14th, 2006

Alex Konanykhin has experienced a lot in his short 39 years.? In his homeland of Russia he was an up-and-coming young man who made a fortune in the early 1990?s in the banking business and a close friend of President Yeltsin.? Then the political climate changes and his bank is taken over by the KGB.? He and his wife are kidnapped and finally escape to America.?

Unfortunately, his troubles are far from over.? Konanykhin is the guest of Chuck Harder on Harder?s ?For the People? show.? He and Chuck talk a little bit what Russia is like now- a booming economy that does not necessarily trickle down to the common people, that there is little opposition there- heaven forbid if you do, that the judges are even appointed by the government so there isn?t much justice.? Mostly what they talk about is the experience of Alex and his wife as they struggle against government agencies- both those in Russia and those in the United States.? Alex has written a book about those experiences called ?Defiance, or How to Succceed in Business Despite Being Hounded by the FBI, the KGB, the INS, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, Interpol, and Mafia Hit Men?.? Click here to own this book.? Alex may be hard to understand to our Americanized ears but it?s important to stick with it in this podcast.? In spite of all the hardships endured by Alex and his wife, he still is optimistic and grateful to be here in this country.? This may be the greatest country, but we need to remember that there is still much to do so we can claim that title with clear conscience.? Click here to listen to this podcast.?

From Illinois to Russia

Monday, August 14th, 2006

Dr. Conrad Miller, frequent guest of Chuck Harder, is back with Chuck on this episode of ?For the People?.? ?What?s new?? asks Chuck.? And the good doctor says he is continuing research about the nuclear spills in Illinois.? Illinois, you say?? Seems that Exelon, the parent company of some nuclear reactors in IL reported last February 2005 that there was some contamination of underground waters due to some spills at the reactors. Some of the spills dated back to 1996.? What?s new is that now every local now receives 20 gallons of bottled water per week.? Boy, that would certainly make me feel secure- not.? From IL, Miller and Chuck ?travel’ to Chernobyl for a discussion of what is transpiring there. People moving back to the contaminated site seems out of the reach of imagination but it is happening.? Miller?s website is CrestOfTheWave.com.? Click here to listen to this podcast.?????

No Way Through

Friday, August 11th, 2006

Dr. Pat Choate, running mate of Ross Perot in 1996, author, economic commentator, and frequent guest of Chuck Harder is back on the For the People show.? The first thing on Chuck?s agenda is a discussion of the Trans-Texas Highway or, as Chuck calls it, the George W. Bush Sneaky Road.? Choate, who lives in Texas, tells Chuck that 800,000 acres will be taken over for this highway- that?s 145 acres for every mile of the interstate.? And he adds that if a rancher?s land is divided by the road that there will be no underpass to get to the other side.? In some cases the rancher will have to go 10 to 15 miles down the side of the highway to get access to the rest of his property.
This issue is not the only thing on the minds of Chuck and his guest; also on the discussion table is the lack of a viable energy plan, the Middle East, and the economy.? As for the economy, Pat has an answer for the woes many Americans are facing financially- bring back the jobs.? You can click here to own his latest book, ?Hot Property: The Stealing of Ideas in the Age of Globalization?.? To listen to this podcast, click here.
