One Meat Ball, Please

Last week I made some spaghetti sauce- yep, I still make it from scratch.  Some of the ingredients I put in were oregano, garlic and onion.  The guest of Chuck Harder on today’s “For the People” show would have approved.  The guest was Stuart Tunc, who is, he says, the chief science liaison at North American Herb & Spice (P-73.com).  The founder of that company is Dr. Cass Ingram who has been a frequent guest on Chuck’s show.  According to Tunc, the four most potent herbs in fighting bacterial and viral nasties are oregano, allspice, onion and garlic. So my spaghetti sauce hit three out of four- not bad.  Really what the two men talk about is the control that pharmaceutical companies have on information regarding natural cures and what cures are possible.  Do I believe everything that Tunc suggests?  I’m not sure but I do know I love my spaghetti sauce.  Click here to listen to this podcast.
